DriveScope connects car buyers with local dealerships. This page explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, and who we share it with. The legal counsel version of this document supersedes any wording on this outline page.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you submit through our qualification chat — the make, model, and preferences you describe — along with basic contact information (name, email, ZIP code, phone number) so dealerships can reach you with offers.

We also collect limited technical information (browser type, device type, referring page) to improve our service and verify the integrity of incoming requests. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to deliver the offers you request and to coordinate with the single dealership you choose to work with. Until you pick an offer, dealers see only the request — never your name, email, phone, or ZIP.

We use your preferences to match you with the right dealers.

We do not sell your information to third-party advertisers, mailing lists, or data brokers. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our matching algorithms.

Sharing & Disclosure
Your contact details are shared only with the one dealership you choose to work with — and only after you confirm. Until then, dealers see your request anonymously. Each dealer is contractually obligated to use your details solely to complete your transaction and to delete them if you decline. We do not share information with affiliate marketers, ad networks, or analytics providers beyond Meta Pixel and Google Analytics page-view events covered in this policy.
